About
I am an art director with 5 years of agency experience. I was born in Barcelona Spain and moved to the US as a child. I attended the Pennsylvania State University where I received a B.A. from its nationally accredited design school.
I bring a strong sense of typography and color theory to my work. I am happy to take on any project big or small and see it through, from concept to completion.
Given our current economic downturn I find myself frequently thinking inside the box. With budget limitations, and tighter deadlines it is important to get to solutions faster without sacrificing the creative product. Thinking inside the box is the future of this industry. Gone are the days where the sky is the limit. To stay competitive, we have to do more with less, we have to work smarter not harder, and we have to find innovative ways of speaking to an audience that is numb to our message.
I am looking for a challenge, a place where I can continue to grow and continue to stimulate my brain. I am well versed in social media, mobile technology, web design, campaign development, brand experiences, and graphic design. I’ve also been known to dabble in commercial interior design.
I’ve worked extensively for non-profit and commercial clients in the area, including projects for several university departments at Penn State. For most of my carreer I have lent my talents to design firms and ad agencies in Colorado and Massachusetts, as an art director and designer. My recent engagements include designs for consumer and corporate clients such as Monster, The National Rugby Association, Zildjian, Berklee College of Music, Berklee Valencia, New Balance, Guitar Hero, Hot Stove Cool Music, The Boys and Girls Club, 99 Restaurants, The Boston Celtics, and Turner Classic Movies.
Prior to answering my calling in design, I was a Marine special operations platoon sergeant, which more than likely makes me the only art director certified in combat swimming.

Fantastic. Can’t wait to see more from you on this. I’ve always been a fan of typography and have contributed to my fair share of typos. Oh, wait, that’s something else. Oh well… Buona fortuna !
